1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sauce ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sauce is a recipe-sharing platform that allows users to create, share, and discover AI-assisted cooking recipes ("flows"). The App provides tools for content creation, social interaction, and community engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental consent. Access to NSFW content requires you to confirm you are 18 or older within the App settings.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Sauce. By posting content, you grant Sauce a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Is spam or commercially deceptive

5.3 Content Moderation

Sauce reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, at its sole discretion. Repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some features use artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-assisted outputs before sharing them.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sauce name, logo, and App design are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown requests.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Deletion blocks future access immediately. Your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, an ongoing legal obligation, or active abuse investigation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sauce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
